Red2Black Bookkeeping and Consulting Services is located in Enderby, British Columbia and is owned by Joan Smallwood. With over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries, Joan is a Certified Bookkeeping Technician, is certified in both SAGE and QuickBooks software, and is a Certified Small Business Counsellor. She recently completed her Diploma in Business Management and is accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Joan provides full-service bookkeeping services, from business startup services to daily operational bookkeeping, to preparing for year-end. In her business consulting role, she enjoys analyzing financial performance and helping her clients develop business plans or budgets and optimize their cash flows. Over the past year, she has been instrumental in gaining numerous government COVID program benefits for her clients.

Joan’s primary goal is to help small to medium businesses elevate their success. This begins with helping them understand their business from the ground up, and better understand all aspects of financial statements – a critical skill for business owners.
