At Red2Black, we can provide you with a full range of bookkeeping services to meet all of your needs. You can pick whatever services are best suited to you, or we can design a bundle of services that is unique for your needs. Services can be provided for an all-inclusive monthly fee, or I can work on an hourly or fixed-price project rate.

  • Calculating vacation, overtime, and statutory holiday pay for all employees
  • Ensuring all payroll calculations are in accordance with the applicable Labour Code
  • Calculating all source deductions and remitting to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
  • Answering any questions raised by CRA on source deductions
  • Providing payroll cheques or direct deposits for all your employees
  • Providing electronic payroll deposits or emailed pay stubs for each employee
  • Providing T4s to staff and remitting T4s for all employees to CRA by January 31
  • Above payroll services are provided at a flat rate per employee, per pay period, plus GST
  • Records of Employment (ROEs) are provided as required, at a flat rate per ROE

  • Setting up and maintaining your GST account with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
  • Preparing and filing GST online with CRA on a quarterly basis
  • Answering any questions raised by CRA on GST submissions
  • Making any GST adjustments or corrections noted by CRA
  • All GST services above are provided at a flat rate per filing with CRA plus GST

  • Preparing and filing your personal tax return, if requested
  • Preparing and filing your corporate tax return, if requested
  • Answering any questions raised by CRA on your tax returns
  • Personal tax returns (T4) are prepared for an all-inclusive fee plus GST
  • Sole Proprietor (T1) tax returns are prepared for an all-inclusive fee plus GST
  • Corporate tax returns (T2) are prepared for an all-inclusive fee per company plus GST

  • Setting up your initial chart of accounts in SAGE/QuickBooks
  • Entering all financial transactions for an entire prior year
  • Reconciling SAGE/QuickBooks with bank statements for the year
  • Reconciling charge card deposits and debit card deposits for the year
  • Reconciling monthly charge card statements to SAGE/QuickBooks
  • Providing year-end financial statements: balance sheet and income statement
  • Providing all year-end financial data for your accountant on a memory stick
  • Responding promptly to emails, phone calls, faxes, or texts during working hours
  • All services above are provided at a flat monthly rate per year plus GST
